To keep the fee risk for our clients as low as possible, the price for our services in the field of corporate finance largely depends on the success of the transactions. If we don't find the appropriate transaction partner for you, we only invoice small allowances or - depending on the design of our consultation agreement - a basic fee.

 
Our success rate is quite high, due to our good relations with banks, financial investors, consultants, tax consultants, lawyers and SME entrepreneurs; and our long experience in the sectors of machinery and plant engineering, construction and material producers, as well as in automotive and it's suppliers.
